EARLY BIRD discount

Any booth order made and paid by August 31, 2017 will entitle a 10% discount on the booth price.

Payment terms:

Together with the order, the exhibitor is expected to make two money transfers:

o 30 % of cost -  by September

o 70% of cost  -  by September ( 30 days prior to the event date)

 The organizers reserve the rights to cancel any order of companies that will not complete full payments by August 20, 2016.

Order Cancellation:

o    Up to one month before the event- free of charge

o    Between 30-21 days before the event- 50% of order

o   20 days before the event or less - 100% of  order

o   No verbal cancelation. All cancelations need to be in writing.
